A free site visit or consultation does not guarantee final acceptance of a project, final price, timeline, or feasibility until reviewed and confirmed in writing.
Warranty, Guarantees, and Service Support
References to 21-year structural warranty, zero seepage promise, zero delay guarantee, 400+ quality checks, anti-termite protection, CCTV monitoring, daily WhatsApp updates, and 2 years free service support apply only to eligible projects, written scope, agreed specifications, correct usage, maintenance requirements, and exclusions stated in the final project documents.
Warranty or service support may not cover changes made by third parties, misuse, lack of maintenance, natural wear, force majeure events, design changes outside agreed scope, client-supplied material defects, unauthorized modifications, or conditions excluded in the written agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate plot, drawing, approval, location, ownership, and project requirement details.
- Review written scope, specifications, rate, payment schedule, timeline, and exclusions before acceptance.
